How to choose a Melbourne builder
Display villages, awards walls, and the three questions that cut through them.
Ask to see a house that is twelve months old, not a display that has been styled that morning. Ask who walks the site. Ask for the variation register on a finished job.
Awards are not nothing. They are also not a warranty. The contract, the specification, the inspections, and the person who answers the phone in month nine. Those are the job.
